Grant Carroll performed an RV inspection for us and his service was phenomenal. We are located in Texas but had our eye on a RV in the Seattle area. Before making such a large financial commitment, we really wanted the piece of mind that the RV was as good as it seemed. Thanks to the NRVIA website it was easy to find Grant and contact him about his services. We wanted a basic safety inspection but we were of course also worried about water damage (since this seems to be a problem a lot of older RVs suffer). Not only was Grant able to go out and see our RV on such short notice (in less than 24 hours since contact), but he was able to provide a water damage check and a few other things so that we knew the RV was safe and ready to go! We really appreciated his thorough report which included both photos with annotations and videos. We actually learned a lot more about the RV from him than from the private seller! The report was well organized and easy to read and understand, even by a couple of RV newbies. The report was emailed to us within a few hours of the inspection’s completion. Thanks to his report and his findings, we were able to negotiate the price down from the initial amount and SAVE SOME MONEY!! I would highly recommend using Grant Carroll if you need an RV inspected in the Seattle/Tacoma area. We could not have been more pleased.

Thank you so much for your help in inspecting our RV. I really had no idea where to start. I am sure I might have looked at some of the same items but no where near what your report covered! Your report, at over 100 pages with photos and video, was very easy to understand. And then the simple way to issue a fix-it report to the dealer from the problems you found was icing on the cake. In June 2020, Grant Carroll completed an inspection on a 2017 MH I hoped to buy.
His inspection was meticulous and fully supported by lots of photos. His results very much helped in my decision to buy this unit.
– For comparison, I had an inspection done in May by another inspector on a separate MH. That report was rambling, repetitious and poorly organized. Grant’s report was succinct, clearly stated, and with the conclusions up front. In addition, Grant uses “HomeGuage” to summarize and highlight any discrepancies with the MH, which I can share with the owner/dealer for tracking the specific areas for attention/repair.
– Grant is a level 2 NRVIA inspector, certified for the full range of details on an RV. I very much recommend Grant for any pre-purchase inspection.
